Its location was great and perfect, not far from bar / restaurant, and the beach and restaurants. My room was comfortable with a view over swimming pool.

Almost perfect.

the location is great in a good area, adjacent to both the prom and marina as well as the beach. there is a lot of restaurants to eat, like la palapa that is only 10 minutes' walk away. the room is clean and huge and essentials you need, including a minibar, a work desk, and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, is right there. the bed is exceptionally comfortable.

Make sure to get double room with a large balcony and very comfortable beds: )

Enjoyed the hotel, it is stunningly beautiful and clean, has great and ideal location in the middle of the city. The staff was helpful and attentive and solved our problems immediately.

The hotel is fairly clean, with efficient personal, and offers good and ideal location so close to the beach, the Prom, and restaurants. Whatever you need is this modern room with very comfortable beds as well as a large balcony. Overall good food, plus there is Bikers Beach Club close by.

I recently stayed at an incredible hotel that had just reopened after a complete renovation, and I was blown away by my experience. What really impressed me was the variety of different holiday zones they offered, catering to different styles of vacations - such a clever idea! And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast included with the stay, with enough options to enjoy a different meal each day. The location of the hotel was superb, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach. There was even a supermarket nearby, making it convenient to grab any food or drinks I needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, well-maintained, and the staff was always polite and helpful. my stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was incredibly clean and modern, with thoughtful touches throughout. The staff and manager were welcoming and took great care of us from check-in to check-out. The pool and accommodation were divided into relaxing and family zones, offering something for everyone. The food was excellent, with a focus on health and well-being, and the rooms were clean, modern, and had a large balcony. The relaxed atmosphere, yoga classes, spa, and evening entertainment were also a bonus. The location was ideal, with the beach and restaurants just a short stroll away, and the circular bus stop conveniently located right outside. The only small downside was the lack of privacy in the room's toilet and shower cubicles, but that was easily overlooked. I'm already planning to return in November because my stay was simply incredible!

Comforts of FAMILY room were fabulous - a private safe, a minibar, and a work desk. It included a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The location was marvellous and perfect - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel's decor was absolutely lovely, with beautiful furnishings and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate around. I particularly enjoyed the mini-chalet style apartments and the beautiful pool areas, which provided a tranquil environment for relaxation.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and friendly towards guests.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was lovely and amazing, had ideal location in the middle of the city. All in all we liked new-fashioned and huge room with a large balcony, very comfortable beds, for example.

The breakfast was great and location was spot on for the beach and sea. the staff at the hotel were friendly and approachable throughout my stay.

My New Year break was not ideal. The room had a bad smell and it took several calls to reception and a few hours to be moved to a different room.

The breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of choices to satisfy various tastes. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. the value for money was excellent, as the hotel offered added bonuses such as free water and beach towels in the room.

While the staff were friendly, some amenities, such as the gym and wellness center, were not yet available despite the hotel's recent refurbishment. , there were issues with persistent smells in the rooms that took a few days to resolve.
